performance uncheck “Use hardware acceleration when available”.
·
Close
Firefox.
·
Reboot
your PC.
Start Firefox in
safe mode.

Open

Go to menu
and click on Help. Now click “Restart with Add-ons Disabled”.
·
Click on

After

Update your current

Try to

Now open

Windows search option and type control. Click on Control Panel from the search
results that appear.

Click on
“System and Security”.
·
Click on
turn Windows Firewall on or off from the left window panel.
·
Click on
Turn off Windows Firewall. Restart your PC.

Open

or not.

If the
problem is not solved yet, follow the above steps again to turn on your
Firewall again.
Disabling Firefox

If none of the above
methods are working, try disabling Firefox Extensions.
·
Go to
Firefox and type “about addons” in the search bar and enter.
·
Now
disable all extensions by clicking disable next to each extension.
·
Open
Mozilla Firefox again and enable one extension at a time to detect which is the
culprit one.
·
After
enabling anyone extension, you will have to restart your computer.
·
If you
were able to detect the extension which is causing the problem, remove it and
reboot your PC.
